The well known Florida architect and founding principal of RLF Group had a business and personal relationship with the Casselberry Family spanning decades. Having worked together on the residential development, Normandy Corporation. Hibbard Casselberry had asked for Rogers’ help with number of homes that were utilized by the Casselberry Family over time. However, Brightwater may be one of the more notable with Rogers working on the initial design and the 1969 addition. Also of local interest is 2131 Via Tuscany in Winter Park. Initially, the structure was built as a residence for Casselberry’s mother. It is now home to the Winter Park Racket Ball Club.
